- Conduct audits and documentation reviews across operational and clinical areas (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, internal policies).
- Identify root causes of compliance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead or support internal investigations from intake through resolution.
- Track and document compliance incidents, audits, and follow-ups using internal systems.
- Partner with internal teams to create and monitor corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Quality & Education to update training materials and SOPs.
- Maintain and update compliance dashboards and monitoring tools.
- Stay up to date on healthcare regulatory changes and assess their impact.
- Support the creation and annual review of policies and regulatory guides.
- Participate in company-wide compliance campaigns and projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable navigating healthcare regulations and sensitive information.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare care management programs (CCM, PCM, RPM), and OIG compliance guidelines.
- Experience conducting investigations and root cause analyses.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) .
- Experience working in value-based care, care coordination, or health tech organizations.
- Familiarity with compliance risks in remote or virtual care settings.

Work Environment & Requirements

- Must be able to sit for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
