What You’ll Do
Quality Audits & Compliance Reviews
- Conduct monthly quality assurance audits for clinical care team members, including reviewing recorded patient calls, evaluating care plans for comprehensiveness and accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assess the effectiveness of patient communication with emphasis on empathy and compassion. - Evaluate Care Coordinator interactions and engagement quality.
- Stay updated on quality initiatives and incorporate them into audits.
- Document all audit findings using QA forms.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to Care Coordinators regarding performance and improvement opportunities.
- Reinforce new quality or compliance requirements with individual staff members.
- Support new clinical staff during their first month by conducting 2–3 QA reviews during weeks 3 and 4 of employment.
- Provide developmental feedback to help new hires meet performance expectations.
- Communicate with the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Clinical Managers to address performance issues or staff concerns.
- Escalate quality or compliance concerns appropriately.
- Attend QA huddles and team meetings to ensure clear communication of quality and compliance expectations.
- Proficiently manage assigned tasks and production standards.
- Efficiently complete audits within established timelines.
- Contribute positively to the department by supporting all team members in a collaborative and constructive manner.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or chronic care management environment.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and strong computer navigation skills.
- Proficiency with care management platforms, email, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and respectful manner.
- Capability to work closely with Care Coordinators, both individually and as a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with positive feedback from partners and patients.
- Proven ability to adapt to change and meet company standards and expectations.
- Available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance or quality improvement roles.
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Spanish language fluency.
- Experience supporting clinical staff development or training.
- Knowledge of care management programs, including CCM, BHI, and RPM.
- Experience in remote or distributed care delivery environments.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Care Coordinators and supervisors.
- Fast-paced clinical quality environment requiring focus on detail-oriented audit work.
