Location: Remote – Must reside in Massachusetts or Georgia
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 (Exempt, Salaried; based on experience and location)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours

Join our mission-driven team at Cosán Group as a People Operations Partner, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and building people programs that drive engagement, development, and operational excellence. This fully remote role (based in MA or GA) offers the opportunity to make a real impact by managing onboarding and offboarding, supporting employee relations, and driving learning and development initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and cross-functional teams to strengthen internal HR operations, enhance employee experience, and support our commitment to a values-based, people-first culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace practices.
  • Partner with leadership to resolve employee relations concerns with a focus on fairness, compliance, and company values.
  • Own and lead the full onboarding experience—from pre-employment steps and orientation to departmental onboarding plans.
  • Develop and manage the offboarding process, including compliance, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support the development and rollout of learning programs and skills-based training.
  • Coordinate and track learning initiatives and gather feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Support planning and execution of people programs (e.g., engagement surveys, performance reviews, culture events).
  • Assist in implementing HR systems and tools to scale operations effectively.
  • Analyze people data and metrics to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role.
  • Experience leading or supporting Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
 

Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance risks in remote or hybrid work environments.

Work Environment & Requirements
  • Fully remote – Must reside in Massachusetts or Georgia.
