Job Title: Director, Clinical Operations
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Location: Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Independence, OH or Tampa, FL.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership and direction for clinical operations, including the oversight of Team Captains and Clinical Managers.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs that align with organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage department budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote integrated care delivery and a seamless patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to present outcomes and operational performance to senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the clinical teams.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • A leader who has experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care, optimize resource utilization, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  •  A strategic leader with a deep understanding of care management principles and a proven track record of operational excellence.
  • A mission-driven leader with a deep understanding of care management and healthcare operations.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with healthcare technology platforms.
  • Background in gastroenterology or urology preferred.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in care management or clinical operations, including experience managing 50+ employees.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, healthcare quality standards, and population health management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with care management platforms, EMR systems, and data analytics tools.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM, ACM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a managed care, health system, or remote care delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS guidelines, value-based care models, and complex care coordination strategies.
  • Gastroenterology or urology experience.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $110,000 – $130,000, based on experience.

Work Environment & Requirements:
