Job Title: Patient Outreach Coordinator
Salary: Starting rate is $16/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $21/hour through performance-based bonus incentives.

Join our team as a Patient Outreach Coordinator, where you will play a key role in educating patients about their healthcare options and enrolling them in programs that best meet their needs. This is a fully onsite position at our Tampa, FL office, providing you with a structured work environment and the support of an experienced team

What You’ll Do:
  • Educate patients over the phone about insurance-sponsored programs that can help manage their chronic conditions.
  • Introduce supplementary services such as CCM, BHI, Principal Care Management (PCM), and RPM to qualifying patients.
  • Empower patients by guiding them in their healthcare journey and advocating for their needs.
  • Utilize active listening skills to address patient concerns, provide solutions, and ensure they understand their healthcare options.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and compliantly in the electronic record system.
  • Meet or exceed daily call expectations and enrollment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive and mission-driven team in our Tampa, FL office.

Success in This Role Means:
  • A minimum average of 12 call attempts per hour.
  • A minimum of 2 average enrollments per hour.
  • Maintaining minimum Quality Assurance (QA) metrics related to the compliant use of scripting and documentation.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while engaging with patients.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus!
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and priorities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Entry-level work experience in a customer service, sales, healthcare enrollment, or call center role.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office.
  • Reside in or near Tampa, Florida.
  • Must be able to commute to the office 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service, sales, healthcare enrollment, or call center role.
  • Previous experience in sales, enrollment, or telephonic customer service role.

Work Environment & Requirements:
  • 100% fully on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule—no weekends or late nights.
    • Work hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm 
    • Fully onsite role in Tampa, FL.
  • Company-provided equipment (Mini PC, monitor, headset, etc.)
  • Ability to sit for long periods and make a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and patient advocacy.
